Webinar: Supercharge ThingWorx® – Edge Computing for Real-time Data
FairCom EDGE can be used to have low-code control of IIoT integrations with Industry 4.0 platform
ThingWorx® users have an opportunity in a webinar on March 17 to learn how they can harness the power of the FairCom EDGE IoT Database to enhance PTC’s ThingWorx® Industrial IoT (IIoT) Solutions Platform. The live event, Supercharge ThingWorx – Edge Computing for Real-time Data, will feature a demo of FairCom EDGE in action and a question and answer session.
Among the many benefits of using FairCom EDGE is that developers and engineers can use the Industry 4.0 solution as a bridge to move real-time data into ThingWorx. This will increase efficiency for mission critical operations in a wide range of environments, such as in factories, laboratories, telecommunications networks, pipelines, etc.
Webinar host and FairCom IoT evangelist Evaldo Oliveira pointed out another important benefit. “This webinar will show how FairCom EDGE IoT Database can help you develop low-code IIoT control systems that are fully integrated with ThingWorx®, guaranteeing your digital twins’ properties are always up-to-date,” he said.
Joining Oliveira during webinar will be FairCom Senior Engineer Walter Johnson, who will demonstrate how easily FairCom EDGE allows users to leverage the data at the edge in an industrial environment.
FairCom EDGE is built specifically for use in IIoT environments to integrate, collect, aggregate and synchronize mission-critical data on the edge. It comes in two versions:
- The FairCom EDGE IoT Database empowers developers with a fast, embedded transaction-controlled database that runs anywhere for use by applications on the edge near their data source.
- The FairCom EDGE IIoT Hub enables integrators and operational technology (OT) engineers to easily integrate systems in IIoT environments, with little to no code.
The free webinar begins at 1 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, March 17. You can register here.
A recording will available soon after the webinar.
