FairCom Debuts in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant
Note: c-treeACE became FairCom DB in November 2020.
FairCom has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the Magic Quadrant for Operational Database Management Systems.
The annual Gartner Magic Quadrant report evaluates vendors within the market, offering in-depth analyses of strengths and cautions for each. This year’s report lists evaluations for 25 vendors chosen for inclusion in the Quadrant.
The report predicts that, “By 2017 all leading operational DBMSs will offer multiple data models, relational and NoSQL, in a single platform.” At FairCom, our customers already have this benefit: c‑treeACE is a fully ACID key-value store with both NoSQL & SQL interfaces.
FairCom customers are not surprised:
“I see FairCom’s inclusion in the Quadrant to be a reflection of what we at my company have known for years. For more than 10 years we have relied on FairCom because of its strong technology and performance, as well as the exceptional customer service to match.”
– Franco Violi, CTO, Lapam Federimpres
“The performance and reliability of the FairCom database were key factors in the decision to use it in our software solutions. Many applications in the public safety market, including computer-aided dispatch for emergency communications centers, require quick performance for real-time operations. With FairCom, we are able to meet these expectations while passing along the benefits of a zero-maintenance database to our customers.”
– Chris Hellewell, VP of Product Development, Spillman Technologies
