pDateTime [out] the packed date and time value.
year [in] the year.
month [in] the month.
day [in] the day.
hour [in] the hour.
minute [in] the minute.
second [in] the second.

Returns

ctdbDateTimePack returns CTDBRET_OK on success, or c-treeDB C API error on failure.
