Release resources allocated for the record handle.

Description

ctdbFreeRecord releases resources allocated for the record handle. Any record allocated with ctdbAllocRecord should be released with a call to ctdbFreeRecord. After a call to ctdbFreeRecord, the record handle cannot be used for other operations.
