It had been a few years since FairCom conducted an online survey, so we reached out to our customer base in April to get your feedback. We asked a range of questions to find out how c‑tree is being used, gather product suggestions, learn about your development environment, gauge how we’re doing on support, and generally take the pulse of our developer-partners. The response was great and we’d like to once again thank those who responded for taking the time to complete the survey. Your feedback truly does have an impact on our technology, operations, and the people you work with at FairCom. We’ve included below some of the highlights from the survey that we thought you might find most interesting.
