FairCom is happy to be sponsoring a unique art exhibit Exchanging Glances, Images of Two Cultures at Maison de la Culture Maisonneuve, in Montréal.
If you find yourself in Montreal over the holidays make sure to check out Exchanging Glances. You’ll experience a view from the perspectives of artists from two different cultures: Brazil and Canada. The exhibit is open and free to the public now through January 17, 2016.
This project from the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CCBC), aims at creating opportunities for great integration between the two countries, through the exchange of photographers of Brazilian and Canadian cities.
During a brief period, each photographer plunged into each other’s city and culture, building the narratives of these “exchanging glances.”
The exhibition brings together works for Renato Negrão from Sao Paulo, Brazil and Luc Dubois from Montreal, Canada.
