Delphi 7Start the Delphi 7 IDE by clicking on Start | Programs | Borland Delphi 7 | Delphi 7. The Delphi 7 IDE will start and create an empty project by default. Close that empty project by clicking on File | Close All. If prompted to save the project, click the No button. |
