Support is available during working hours from any one of our offices in the United States, Brazil, and Italy. c-treeACE Maintenance

For c-treeACE Professional customers, FairCom offers unlimited technical support via phone and email at no charge during the first three months following your purchase. After that time, technical support is available to users who are part of c-treeACE Professional Maintenance Program.

For c-treeACE Express customers, unlimited technical support via phone and email is available to users who are part of our c-treeACE Express Maintenance Program.
